KENNETH KOO –
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kenneth has spent 4 decades as a surveyor
with two large local survey companies ultimately as a director and manager. He
has specialized in marine and air cargo surveys, measuring and weighing and
inspections. In 2002, together with other serving members of his team, he
established Good Faith Survey Services in order to offer a greater range of
improved services to the insurance, transport and logistics sectors of Hong Kong. During his long career, Kenneth has signed off
more than 60,000 cargo survey reports to Hong Kong and overseas organizations,
including many red and blue chip companies.
SIMON MA – MANAGER AND DIRECTOR
Simon was the
Assistant Operations Manager of a well-known marine & cargo surveying
company in Hong Kong until he moved with
Kenneth Koo to join in the setting up of GFS. He has
more than 30 years experience in handling marine and air-cargo surveys and
pre-shipment inspections, all of which were spent with full management and
training responsibilities.
JACK HAWORTH –
GENERAL MANAGER
Jack is a master
mariner who spent twelve years at sea and eighteen years with the Far Eastern
Freight Conference’s, Sworn Measurers and Weighers
Office in Hong Kong managing their cargo surveying and inspection and cargo control
team handling on-off hires, dead weight surveys, reefer cargo and bulk liquid
inspections, outturns of project cargoes, heavy lifts and conference
inspections to combat tariff malpractices. He returned to surveying after
setting up the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council’s Seamen’s Training
Centre, joining GFS 9 years ago.
WORKING
TEAM
Apart from the above management and
surveying experts, we have a further six Superintendent and Senior Surveyors to
handle the bulk of our assignments within Hong Kong, Macau and Guangdong.
Upon request, our executives will pay
visits, at any time convenient to clients to give a further introduction of our
services and/or to seek comments on our services so as the better to meet our
clients’ needs.
